Controls
The boring parts that keep an organisation clean
Membership systems get abused in predictable ways. The checks below exist because each one was a real problem first.
- One account per person. Duplicate registrations on the same phone number are blocked at signup.
- Beneficiary duplicate guard. A person cannot be an active beneficiary under two members at the same time.
- Effectivity dates. Status starts on a defined date and the system holds it, rather than an officer remembering.
- Moderation before publishing. Member uploads and posts need approval.
- Admin audit log. Every administrative change is recorded against the user who made it.
